The Doan Group has a storied 40-year history in the auto, specialty, and property insurance claim business.
Traditionally a family-owned and operated business, after Doan was acquired, its parent company partnered with Mace Strategic Communications to help reinvigorate its marketing efforts in order to grow its client base and wallet share with existing customers.
Mace helped develop nurturing campaigns for existing clients personalized to the individual Doan Franchise Owner across the United States. The goal was to reintroduce customers not only to the entire menu of services Doan could provide as a one-stop solution, but also to the brand’s multi-decade reputation for quality, consistency, speed, and service.
In addition to this, Mace took over managing the brand’s social media accounts and helped create rapid outreach communications to insurance customers in the event of a catastrophe (i.e. hurricane, tornado, or wildfire) resulting in a surge of insurance claim activity. Mace also supported Doan with media relations, sales and marketing collateral, and more.
