  Pinnacle GI Partners is a collective of physician-owned gastroenterologists in the Midwest.

  Mace Strategic Communications was brought in to help with a wide variety of tasks, including refining its messaging and marketing approach, designing community outreach efforts, developing marketing materials and communications around health-centric events, setting up its email marketing initiative, and taking over social media efforts.

  In addition, Mace connected Pinnacle physicians with local TV stations and established a monthly segment to discuss gastro health, provide tips, and more featuring a Pinnacle physician.

  We also helped in the evaluation of some of the patient care centers to make necessary adjustments to signage, wayfinding, and efforts to create a more comforting atmosphere.
