    CanOps is a Canadian organization that strives to provide the necessary tools, technology, training, and recruiting assistance to help public safety organizations and more to be more effective in how they execute their responsibilities.

    As CanOps was formerly a government organization, it lacked a mature and effective brand and marketing presence or strategy. Mace Strategic Communications met with key members of the CanOps team to get their perspective on who CanOps was, what they did, and who they helped.

    Armed with that information, Mace redefined the CanOps brand and key messaging points. We then flowed that updated presence through newly created marketing materials and an updated website, rewrote online content to both reflect the new brand messaging and perform from an SEO standpoint, launched a new logo, and put in place a consistent look and feel to email signature blocks.

    To assist CanOps with its plans to become active on the conference and exhibit scene, Mace evaluated all opportunities, suggested the best fits, and recommended when and where CanOps should attend, exhibit, or sponsor at each. Finally, we developed a new exhibit booth.
