OBASA Six Three Suites is a boutique provider of temporary accommodations delivered with exceptional service and quality. While the brand had been around for multiple decades, its business was entirely centered in the Saskatchewan province of Canada.
Operating in a fractional CMO role, Mace Strategic Communications gave the brand a top to bottom refresh, including launching a new website, building out a nurturing campaign and social media strategy, writing and helping to design all new customer and guest communications, and re-energizing SEO and Google Ads efforts, among many other activities.
Mace assisted the company through a merger, helping to blend two brands and their stories to help create a new, singular and cohesive brand. This included reaching out to existing customers and target clients to assure them of a seamless, consistent - albeit expanded - service, and creating newly branded communication materials for clients, vendors, and partners alike that delivered the new brand messaging.
In addition to developing the new brand, Mace helped launch an updated and more modern website, complete with a look and feel that reflected the company’s new nationwide capabilities. This includes producing SEO-rich copy, blog content, photography, and video content.
Mace launched and managed a weekly nurturing campaign for existing customers among other ongoing sales and marketing efforts to support the company's growth.
