SCA Claim Services is a success story. Established in a garage in southern California in 1971, they build a nationwide appraisal business, working with insurers on their auto claims and more.
After 40 years of growth, innovation, and success in the auto and specialty claims verticals, SCA launched a property claims service in 2021. Mace Strategic Communications teamed up with SCA to build a go-to-market strategy to include customer communications, nurturing campaigns, media relations, collateral, and trade event activations.
The relationship grew from there to include managing social media accounts, creating nurturing campaigns for new and existing customers, building a recapture campaign for lapsed customers, and working with an outside design team to launch an all-new website with refreshed looks and messaging.
We now assist in brand messaging across all service lines and departments, including collateral creation, lead capture, media relations, and a variety of other services.
