IBC Hospitality Technologies offers small, boutique hotel and inn operators access to the technology and marketing tools that allow them to look, feel and compete with the largest hospitality logos in the world. Providing a collection of SAAS products plus metasearch and Google Ads management, IBC appealed to a global customer base.
Operating as a fractional CMO, Mace Strategic Communications helped IBC revamp its entire marketing presence. We provided content and directed the design work for a relaunched brand website, and helped develop all new sales and marketing collateral for all products and services offered.
Mace also managed Google Ads efforts and metasearch presence on services such as Google Hotels for both IBC and its customers. We also worked with other major names in the metasearch and hospitality marketing space to deliver educational webinars and materials for IBC customers.
We supported IBC sales staff by delivering leads to their pipeline and developing client-customized sales materials to help grow the customer base.
In addition, Mace worked with IBC developers to revamp and refine the look and UX for all its SAAS products to improve messaging and ease of use, and suggest additional functionality to enhance their value proposition.
